• Privacy Policy

I understand that some people are leery of purchasing items from the internet. I can assure you that all transactions are private (your name will never be released from us to any other company mailing list or organization, and all information you provide to use will be used only for the purpose of fulfilling your order), and you will be pleased with your purchase and customer service.  If not completely pleased, items can be returned for full refund; refer to Payment & Refund Terms & Conditions.
 

• Payment

We accept checks payable to LeslieWarren.com or credit cards via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay us with your credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). Please note that shipment for items paid by check will be held until the check clears our bank.  Items paid by credit card will normally be shipped within 2-3 days of credit card authorization.

• SHIPPING

Within USA:  Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Overnight or 2-day delivery is available at additional charge upon request.

• GIFTS

Please inform us if the item is a special gift; we will be happy to gift wrap it and enclose a personal message from you to the recipient.

• GUARANTEE

Each piece is carefully inspected prior to shipping. However, should there be a manufacturing defect we will gladly repair the item free of charge if the item is returned to us within 5 business days of the original receipt of the piece.  We cannot be responsible for damage due to normal wear and tear or other circumstances like dropping the beads on a hard surface (some damage from wear and tear can be repaired for a fee; please contact us for an estimate).   Gemstone beads are not always uniform in shape and the beads may have slight “defects” which are inherent to the nature of the stone (like a fine linen weave or raw silk); this is not considered a manufacturing defect, and enhances the unique appearance of the jewelry.  Since each piece is handmade, even those necklaces which may appear to be similar will have slight differences.

• Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

LeslieWarren.com proudly stands behind the products we sell and we hope the jewelry you order from us will exceed your expectations. However will be gladly exchange your selection for another, or issue you a credit or refund (for cost of merchandise only; credit card fees and/or shipping costs and custom orders are not returnable). Non-custom items may be returned for refund or exchange within 5 business days of dated delivery receipt . Please notify us by email at info@LeslieWarren.com to inform that the item is being mailed and we will inform you of a return code number. The item should be repacked in unworn condition with the original packing materials, tags & container and returned to us via an insured traceable method through UPS, USPS, or similar; no refunds or exchanges will be given for items lost in transit. Please save your receipt until your refund has been processed.
